Like I said I'm good with buying an adapter just wanted to make this post to find out if that's what I need to do or if there is something else going on. Is this just a power issue and I just have to buy a more powerful AC adapter or do I need a different adapter all together or am i just really doing something wrong here.Įverything else with it is great but this is something I really need to have working and part of the reason I wanted to get these as I'm a techie and can easily work around other ways but multiple people I'm getting setup with this are not and barely know how to use a remote so I was hoping that this would be easy. I know people who have it have said they are getting 4K files to play off external drives and no way in hell a 4K file is under 4GB so it must be exFAT or NTFS. When they are formatted FAT32 it sees them all just fine but when formatted to exFAT or NTFS it just shows 'X is safely ejected' and never loads. The CCGTV sees all of the drives I've plugged into it. Full disclosure I am using the default cable and AC adapter.
